Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product (hair extensions), refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Order cancellations will generate a $25 fee which will be deducted from original payment amount. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours (reply within confirmation email) of original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted and replaced if there was an error and the wrong item was sent. Immediately after noticing error, please send us an email to krystelvirginhair@gmail.com and we will rectify the issue.
